In your order confirmation email, you will find a package tracking link. You can get information about the location of your package directly from our logistic partner using your shipment number:

Germany: 01806 373 200 (0,20 Euro per call from German landline, max. 0,60 Euro per call from German mobile phone network)

Should your package not have arrived 2-3 days after you received your order confirmation email or the location of your package is not traceable, send us an email including your order number to support@kasnudl.com. We will make sure your Kasnudl will arrive safely at your doorstep as soon as possible.
