Complaints upon receiving your Kasnudl

Our products are all produced and shipped fresh, which is why we can only accept customer complaints immediately after you have received your package. Should our product not be in good order and condition upon receipt, please send us an email describing the problem including your order number and a photo of the product to support@kasnudl.com. Because we can’t have an impact on the quality of the product and its storage after delivery, we can’t accept customer complaints not filed immediately upon receipt.
