If we haven’t delivered the right product or something went wrong with your order or shipment, of course you can withdraw from the purchase and we will provide a full refund.
Our products are all produced and shipped fresh, which is why we can only accept customer complaints immediately upon receipt of your package. Should our product not be in good order and condition upon receipt, please send us an email describing the problem including your order number and a photo of the product to firstname.lastname@example.org . Because we can’t have an impact on the quality of the product and its storage after delivery, we can’t accept customer complaints not filed immediately upon receipt.
